Throughout her career Lavinia has provided legal support in deals worth billions of euros for large real estate investors, developers, financial institutions, and corporate clients. She brings valuable experience in advising both international and local clients on real estate matters covering the office, industrial, logistics, residential and retail sectors. Lavinia specializes in transaction structuring, with clients relying on her expertise to navigate complex acquisitions and sales, joint ventures, contract negotiations and business transfers.
