Ana Diculescu-Sova is a Senior Partner heading NNDKP’s Dispute Resolution Department. Her practice covers a wide array of complex matters in civil, commercial, competition and fiscal law. Her undisputed litigation expertise is recognized both at local and international level by clients, competitors and most renowned international legal guides. For over 40 years, Mrs. Diculescu-Sova has successfully represented clients in virtually all major court cases in Romania. She has been formally acknowledged as one of Romania’s best litigators by the entire business community, winning the “Best Lawyer” Award at a prestigious national gala.

Ana Diculescu-Sova was the founder of "Ana Diculescu" Law Office, which merged in 2001 with Nestor Nestor Kingston Petersen to create Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen. Mrs. Diculescu-Sova held significant positions such as ad-hoc Judge for the European Court of Human Rights and currently acts as a Counselor with the Bucharest Bar and with the National Association of the Romanian Bars.

Ana Diculescu-Sova is a fluent French speaker.

Ana Diculescu-Sova is a member of the Bucharest Bar and of the International Union of Lawyers.

Ana Diculescu-Sova graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School in 1976 and was a professional Intern at the Paris Bar in 1994. She also obtained a post-graduate diploma in Private Law from the University of Bucharest in 1998.
