Position

Georgeta started her collaboration with NNDKP in 2004.

She became familiar with a diversity of business models while assisting both large multinational companies and domestic clients. She gained significant industry expertise and was constantly connected to the business environment, benefitting from the variety of the clients’ industries, as well as from her active role in the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham Romania) Competition Committee.

Georgeta has focused on projects with great impact on companies’ business: investigations and related competition litigation, including pleading before EU courts (General Court), merger clearance in multijurisdictional M&A transactions, competition compliance in the clients’ day-to-day business.

Education

Georgeta Dinu graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School in 2004 and holds a master's degree in EC Competition Law, from King's College - University of London and a master's degree in International and European Business Law from Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne University.
