Adina Chilim-Dumitriu is a Partner and Head of the Telecommunications and Media practice and Co-Head of the Corporate/M&A and Public Procurement practices at NNDKP. She has 26 years of professional activity and is particularly experienced in sectors that require technical knowledge and abilities - public procurement (participation in public tender procedures, preparation of claims), telecommunications (regulatory, corporate and contractual aspects) and energy (natural gas field - distribution, supply, transportation, storage and production). She also handles large-scale M&A projects, project finance deals and cross-border acquisitions.

Adina Chilim-Dumitriu joined NNDKP in 1997 and was appointed Partner in 2004.

Adina Chilim-Dumitriu is a fluent English speaker and has good command of French.

Adina Chilim-Dumitriu is a member of the Bucharest Bar.

Adina Chilim-Dumitriu graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School in 1997 and successfully attended several post-graduate courses from institutions such as: the New York City Bar Association; St. Catherine’s College, Oxford, UK; ERA – Academy of European Law.
