Mr. Hershkovits is a partner in FBC's Real Estate, Planning & Zoning Department. His practice concentrates on planning & zoning and land expropriation law. Prior to joining FBC, Mr. Hershkovits was a partner at leading firm specializing in planning and zoning.

Mr. Hershkovits handles procedures involved with land expropriation, including management of legal proceedings required during planning an execution of procedures involved with roads, railroads etc.

Mr. Hershkovits' practice also includes the promotion and support of major city planning. His practice supports its clients in each stage of the planning approval process, starting from the initial and conceptual stages of the plans, through the promotion of the plans in the various planning committees, and culminating in the actual construction phase. His representation involves planning related litigation proceedings and handling the various stages of construction licensing.
