Ms. Reich-Mina is a partner in the Litigation practice in our firm.

Ms. Reich-Mina represents her clients in complex disputes in a wide variety of commercial and civil litigation proceedings.

Ms. Reich-Mina has unique expertise and in-depth experience in the field of administrative law. Within this framework, she manages and leads a variety of petitions submitted to the High Court in a broad range of areas, as well as administrative petitions in the field of tenders.

Ms. Reich-Mina provides ongoing legal counsel to public bodies that conduct tenders, to tender participants and tender committees.

Ms. Reich-Mina is considered an expert with an illustrious reputation in this field. She regularly lectures on a wide variety of litigation related matters and takes part in drafting various bills relating to tender law.

In recent years, Ms. Reich-Mina has won a number of complex precedent-setting petitions submitted to the High Court, on a variety of issues, including the application of the law on tenders to local corporations, and a petition establishing the illegality of external property tax collection agencies providing collection services for municipal authorities – which was chosen by “TheMarker”, a leading financial website in Israel, as one of the six most important rulings handed down by the High Court in 2018, and was labeled the "activist" among them.

Ms. Reich-Mina is the Legal Adviser of the Israel Export Institute. Within this context, she provides representation to all the Institute's activities, including to its Tenders Committee.

Ms. Reich-Mina served as Deputy Chair of the Bar Association's Courts Forum and was a member of the Bar Association's Litigation Committee, for six years.

Ms. Reich Mina interned with Adv. Hanan Melcer, the retired Vice President of the Supreme Court.
