Mr. Roy Lieber is a partner in the Hi-Tech, Technology and Venture Capital practice of our firm.

Mr. Lieber advises on all corporate aspects, investment rounds and M&A transactions.

Mr. Lieber provides legal counsel to entrepreneurs, technology companies and start-ups on all corporate and commercial fields of their day-to-day activity, from establishment, through their fundraisings to exit. He possesses extensive experience in representing both companies and investors in capital and debt raising transactions, as well as in all types of M&A transactions.
