Adv. Aviad Feldman specializes in the formation of investment funds, including venture capital funds, hedge funds, private equity funds and real estate funds, in the representation of such funds in their capital raise and investment activities, and in the planning, structuring and negotiating of complex financing, commercial, technology and joint venture transactions.

Aviad’s diverse venture capital practice includes representation of a wide range of investors and investees in their domestic and international equity and quasi-equity financing and M&A transactions, and consultancy with respect to their related corporate matters.

Aviad also advises entrepreneurs and hi-tech companies acting across various industries and sectors in their domestic and cross-border commercial transactions, including strategic alliances and partnerships, joint ventures and collaborations, intellectual property and technology licensing, manufacturing, marketing, resale and distribution agreements.

In addition, Aviad routinely advises clients in connection with their ongoing management, strategic considerations, general corporate matters, intellectual property and employment relations.
