Gavriel is an associate in the firm’s High-Tech and Investment Funds Practice.
Gavriel provides ongoing representation to venture capital firms and to high-tech companies in all stages of their activities, including early stage and later stage investments, commercial agreements and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Gross & Co., Gavriel was an intern at Shenhav & Co., and returned as an associate following the merger of the firms.
