Career

Adv. Eitan Rotschild is a senior partner at Administrative Law, Tenders and Local Government department at Gross & Co. Eitan has extensive expertise and years of professional experience in accompanying both public and private entities in tender proceedings, as well as representing these entities before various legal courts in Israel, including the Supreme Court.

Eitan is active in the field of urban and municipal infrastructure, local authorities and municipal economic corporations through the planning, development and execution stages of significant projects involving large-scale investments, such as employment complexes, metropolitan transportation centers, public buildings, energy projects, and more.

Eitan also specializes in the representation of private and commercial clients in complex disputes and legal proceedings in the field of real estate (including real estate corporations) and in the commercial field. In the field of real estate, Eitan holds vast and diverse experience with complex transactions including sales and acquisitions of private and commercial real estate assets, office buildings, trade centers and hotels (including hotel management agreements), agricultural estates, as well as combination transactions, real estate partnership agreements, real estate management, acquisition group and more. Among his clients are investment funds, project management companies and companies in the real estate and hospitality, local authorities and municipal economic corporations.

Eitan began his legal career at Gornitzky & Co., before joining Nathan Meir & Co. as a partner in 2013, which merged with Gross & Co. in 2022.
