Adv. Merav Kainan-Wagner specializes in corporate and securities law, and handles complex corporate transactions.

Merav handles public securities offerings (including IPOs and secondary offerings), private placements, equity and debt financings, institutional finance transactions, investments, mergers and acquisitions, acquisitions of control, tender offers, corporate restructurings and reorganizations, and shareholder transactions.

In addition, Merav regularly advises and represents market leading Israeli and international companies on ongoing matters regarding corporate law and securities law, including the implementation of applicable regulatory provisions and corporate governance requirements, as well as enforcement plans and executive compensation.
