Adv. Eran Faibish has over two decades of experience in the field of municipal taxation and administrative law.
Eran has been selected several times to consult on complex matters relating to the change in municipal tax rates. As part of his practice, Eran provides guidance and legal advice regarding the legality of various municipal property tax and levy provisions and the implementation of long-term and transitional legislative changes in these areas.
Eran has extensive knowledge, expertise and experience in representing private companies, public companies and local authorities.
Eran served as a member of the Bar Association’s Municipal Taxation Committee and is a frequent lecturer at the Federation of the Local Authorities in Israel, the Israel Bar Association and public and private sector organizations.
Eran took part in writing a leading textbook, published by Orian Publishing House, which analyzes the heart of controversies over municipal taxation (‘Arnona’) issues, in addition to publishing other professional articles in the field of municipal taxation.
