Adv. Gal Sion advises on M&A transactions and various commercial transactions, especially in the technology and intellectual property field, including licensing agreements; terms of use and privacy policies; R&D; manufacture and supply; distribution and agency agreements; and more. In this capacity, he advises companies operating in various fields, including cyber, software, chips, semiconductors, Fin-Tech, Ad-Tech, pharma, Food-Tech, Bio-Med and more, in Israel and abroad.

Gal specializes in commercial agreements, intellectual property rights, privacy protection, open-source use, the Israel Innovation Authority, trademarks, and consumer protection. He provides ongoing legal counsel to local and international start-ups and mature companies operating in various fields.

Gal worked as a teaching assistant in different courses including the following: Copy Rights, Professor Niva Elkin-Koren; Patents Law, Dr. Daniel Benoliel.
