Adv. Michal Matthews – Maor’s practice focuses on finance, commercial law and local and international financing transactions

Michal represents both financial institutions in their capacity as lenders and corporate entities in their capacity as borrowers (including banking institutions, insurance companies, investment houses and mezzanine funds). In addition, Michal specializes in various complex aspects of collateral, security interests and liens, in both domestic and international aspects.

Moreover, Michal drafts commercial contracts across a broad spectrum of fields. She also offers continuous legal counsel to both Israeli and international corporations on numerous commercial law matters.

Additionally, Michal supports non-profit organizations and philanthropic entities in all aspects of donations and philanthropic endeavors in Israel.
