Adv. Yuval Eden specializes in capital markets, corporate law and corporate finance and advises companies on varied aspects of securities law, corporate law, corporate governance, and financing.

Yuval advises both Israeli and foreign companies on aspects related to securities and corporate laws as well as raising capital and debt in Israel and has extensive experience advising public companies boards on those aspects, as well as IPO’s and secondary offerings of Israeli and foreign companies seeking to raise equity and debt on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange.

In addition, Yuval represents private and public companies in M&A transactions, financing agreements and debt restructuring.
