Adv. Udi Alfassi represents insurance companies, pension funds and other long-term saving funds, as well as local banks and international banks regarding their activities in Israel.

Udi is experienced in the representation of public companies traded both in Israel and in the USA, and has counseled a wide variety of clients on mergers and acquisitions, securities regulations, corporate law, joint ventures, and other legal and business issues. He also represented the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.

Before joining the firm, Udi worked for four years in the Legislative and Civil Counsel Branch in the Attorney General’s Office of the IDF (Israel Defense Forces), as the legal counsel of the Technology & Logistics branch of the IDF, the IDF Surgeon General and the IDF Civilian Human Resources branch. Prior to that, he served for two years in the Office of the Ombudsman for IDF Soldiers.
