Adv. Guy Gordon represents a wide variety of tech clients in M&A transactions, largely cross-border, venture capital financings (representing top tier international and local VC’s), corporate and securities law matters and in other related issues. He has negotiated numerous equity financing and venture capital transactions that involved complex corporate and transactional matters.
Guy advises entrepreneurs and company founders on a daily basis in matters relating to company formation, negotiating technology and commercial agreements, fund raising and other general corporate issues. He provides creative and out-of-the-box solutions to the different dilemmas that technology-based companies encounter from start-up to maturity.
Guy’s clients are both local and international companies of all sizes, which are active in most fields of technology: cyber security, internet, telecommunications, artificial intelligence, life sciences, connected car/mobility and more.
