Shlomit Harel is an advocate and certified mediator in the commercial litigation department.

Shlomit specializes in complex litigation in a variety of legal aspects in the commercial-business arena, including shareholder disputes, corporate governance, contracts, class actions, real estate and insolvency.

Shlomit represents clients before all judicial instances, as well as in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, arbitration and mediation.
