Career

Tamir Lazarov joined Gross & Co. in 2013. Prior to joining the firm, Tamir was an intern of Tel Aviv District Attorney, Gali Baharav-Miara, and later an associate in the District Attorney’s Office as well as in the Ministry of Finance.

Tamir advises financial institutions on issues relating to the legal and regulatory implications of activities in the financial markets, providing legal counsel to public and private companies, banks, investment houses and insurance companies on matters relating to capital markets, securities and financial regulation; accompanying financing transactions and drafting financing agreements as well as establishing and implementing compliance plans in public companies and in financial entities.

Tamir was also a teaching assistant to Prof. Jacob Goldberg.
