Adv. Flavio Naidin represents venture capital funds, strategic and individual investors, and companies at all stages of development, in a wide range of international and domestic transactions. Flavio’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, capital financing, technology licensing, and general corporate counseling.

Prior to joining the firm, Flavio worked as an attorney for leading law firms of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, providing counselling to several Brazilian and foreign companies on corporate and regulatory issues, compliance with safeguards and environmental licensing of major industrial and infrastructure projects.

Flavio also worked as consultant for the World Bank in Washington, DC, United States.
