Adv. Yigal Binyamini specializes in the fields of corporate law, securities law, and various aspects of financial regulation.

Yigal is experienced in representing Israeli banks, bank holding corporations, public companies and other local and international financial institutions in connection with diverse financing and commercial transactions as well as various aspects of Israel’s capital market.

Prior to joining our firm, Yigal served for 5 years in the Advisory and Legislation department of the Military Advocate General Office of IDF and, among others, advised on real estate, commercial and financing transactions.
