Asher Sacks is a member in the firm’s Corporate Department. Praised by his clients for his client and business-orientated mindset, Asher’s practice focuses on corporate law with an emphasis on cross-border transactions. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, equity and debt financings, as well as the provision of ongoing corporate and commercial advice to start-up companies and entrepreneurs from the tech industry.

Asher gained additional experience while seconded to Linklaters LLP, where he was a member of Linklaters’ corporate department, advising on multi-jurisdictional joint ventures and acquisitions. Prior to joining Herzog Fox & Neeman, Asher worked at another leading Israeli law firm, where he advised both private and public companies on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters.
