Career

Idan Yehuda is an associate in the firm’s real estate department, with his main practice is concentrated around Urban renewal, NOP’s including TAMA 38/1 (strengthening and expansion), TAMA 38/2 (destruction and reconstruction), and Evacuation-building transactions, as well as complexed Combination transactions.

As part of his practice, Idan focuses mainly on the representation of original right holders and landowners with respect to NOP transactions, all across the state of Israel, and mainly concentrated around Tel-Aviv and Gush Dan.

The representation of right holders as part of NOP transactions includes the following: counseling and guidance with respect to right holders’ organization and the establishment of the representative body assembled from the right holders; assistance with appointment of consultants on the right holders’ behalf (construction advisor, Tax advisor, etc.), including drafting and contract negotiations; management of tender procedures; contract negotiations with developers for urban renewal projects; negotiations with financial institutions while preserving the owners interest; registration of owners property rights; ongoing counsel with respect to legal issues that may arise during the life span of the project.

Idan’s vast experience allows him to accompany a variety of real estate transactions including sale and purchase transactions, rental transactions, as well as registration and transfer of rights.
