Isaac (Tzachi) Shragay is a partner in Herzog Fox & Neeman’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.
Isaac acts for foreign and domestic clients in Israeli litigation proceedings with special focus on commercial disputes and class action proceedings (primarily in the fields of data protection, product liability, consumer protection and antitrust).
In addition, Isaac acts for clients in cross-border civil and criminal matters (including, enforcement of foreign judgments, international arbitrations, extradition proceedings and MLAT requests).
