Yoav specializes in a wide range of fields, with emphasis on corporate law, shareholder disputes, crisis management and solutions, insolvency, banking, contract law, technological disputes, class actions, consumer protection law and administrative law. Adv. Yoav Hertman is part of the litigation department in the field of white collar and special solutions. During his academic studies, Yoav acted as a teaching assistant at the Tel Aviv University’s Faculty of Law.
