Career

For nearly two decades, Michelle (Michal) Caspi has been closely advising a large international group, comprised of international corporations and companies operating in Europe, the United States, the Far East, Africa, and Israel, as well as an estate related to the Group, and the individuals’ foreign trusts.

Michal accompanies the group and related individuals and trusts in all their business and personal affairs. This includes activities in the field of natural stone, and ongoing consultation and guidance in the fields of international taxation, commercial transactions, agreements, ongoing work with international banks, representations with financial institutions, and the managing of an estate. The work includes various issues including commercial and tax regulation, opening of bank accounts for individuals and group companies, reporting and compliance matters, including CRS and FATCA, Implementation of the OECD and the United Nations Provisions that apply to the Group's areas of activity. The work also includes accompanying the Group's financial and real estate investments, including the conduct of legal due diligence, dealing with foreign authorities, as well as dealing with all that is related to employees employed by the Group.

Michal works in full cooperation with leading offices of all fields who practice in all relevant jurisdictions. Prior to joining the firm, Michal was a partner at the Bar-Nathan Law Firm, and prior to joining Bar-Nathan, she has specialized in taxation at the law firm of the late Avi Alter, a leading Israeli and international tax law firm.
