Shachar Porat specialises in tax law and heads the firm’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice group.

Shachar has extensive experience in representing and advising on all aspects of designing, implementing and managing equity-based compensation plans and benefits. Her clients include Israeli and multinational publicly-listed companies, start-up and privately-held companies, investment funds, financial institutions, executives and senior employees.

Within the scope of her work Shachar provides legal advice in numerous fields including corporate law, securities law, labour law and taxation.

Shachar takes an active role in all of Herzog Fox & Neeman’s M&A transactions, IPOs, investment transactions and corporate restructurings, and also provides ongoing, day-to-day advice to a large variety of the clientele
