Hasan is a Senior legal Advisor, he has experience in law over 35 years. Graduated from Cairo University – Egypt in 1986 and had diploma in private law from the University of Tripoli in 2000. Specializes in (private law – civil – commercial – procedures law – labor – maritime – banking – intellectual property rights). Provided legal consultations for many international companies in different manners and won a lot of cases before the Libyan courts. Worked as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Libyan Law Firm for six years until 2017 since its establishment in 2011. Worked as a lawyer and practiced law in Egypt, he is a member of Egyptian Bar Association. He is currently working as a senior legal advisor at Tumi law firm.
