Adel Wardani is a senior Attorney in the Litigation Department.

Specialized in civil and commercial law, as well as labor law and investment law, he has experience in law of over 27 years.

Wardani holds Master degree in Comparative Law and he is a member of the Libyan Bar Association.

He is Admitted before the Libyan Supreme Court.

He works in cases of banking disputes and legal bank business arising from loans, documentary credits and letters of guarantee.

His practice primarily concentrating in Commercial Transactions, Real Estate, Labour Disputes, Aviation Regulations and General Business law matters.

Specializes in (private law – civil – commercial – procedures law – labor – maritime – banking – intellectual property rights). He possesses extensive experience in civil and commercial law, as well as labor law and investment law. He currently works as a part of our Litigation Department and provides advice and advocates for a myriad of our clients across various fields.
