Ms. Stylianou has extensive experience in corporate structuring, e-business, mergers & acquisitions, liquidations, company re-domiciliations to and from the Republic of Cyprus and the provision of corporate services and corporate governance. She also specialises in insolvency and restructuring work and supervises the corporate restructurings and liquidations practice of the firm. Most of her M&A and finance work involves cross border deals primarily in Central and Eastern Europe. She has also participated in IPOs transactions in the US. Before joining the firm she has worked for many years in a local law firm specialising in civil and criminal corporate litigation

Ms Stylianou is a Partner in the firm. In addition to her  corporate and financial transactions work she heads the corporate restructuring/liquidations and redomiciliations work of the office.
