Effie Anastassiou
Ms. Anastassiou is one of the founders of the firm and has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, asset and project finance and capital markets. She also has wide experience in structuring and negotiating complicated cross-border transactions including private equity deals, restructurings, acquisitions and complex financing transactions. Mr. Clerides specialises in private equity deals and structuring and negotiation of cross border transactions. He also heads the legal tax services department and regulated structures departments of the firm. He has extensive experience in the areas of local and international taxation, negotiating complex financial transactions, set-up of cross-border corporate structures, trusts, mergers and acquisitions, private collective investment schemes, joint ventures, corporate finance, capital markets, corporate re-organisations, receiverships / liquidations, financial transactions and derivative instruments.
