Andreea Nedeloiu joined RTPR (Radu Taracila Padurari Retevoescu SCA) in 2012. Andreea has advised clients in landmark banking & finance transactions on the Romanian market, as well as clients operating in regulated industries on various regulatory, compliance and corporate matters. Her focus is primarily on leveraged finance deals.

Recently she advised Barclays Bank PLC as arranger for Alpha Bank Romania on the first mortgage bonds issue programme in Romania with a value of EUR 1 billion; Fortuna Entertainment Group and 8 Romanian subsidiaries on the EUR 266 million facility made available by a syndicate of Romanian and foreign lenders; an international financial institution on a USD 60 million financing to SNTGN Transgaz SA Medias, the national gas transmission grid operator, for the construction of Phase 1 of the Bulgaria-Romania-Hungary-Austria corridor (BRUA project); Ascendis Wellness, part of Ascendis Health group, on its accession to a EUR 204 million and ZAR 1.96 billion facility agreement, and subsequently, on several bridge facility agreements to cover immediate liquidity needs and amendment and restatement of finance documentation; BNP Paribas Personal Finance and Cetelem IFN on the cross-border merger of the two companies and the set up of the Romanian branch of BNP Paribas Personal Finance.

Andreea Nedeloiu is fluent in English and competent in German and Spanish.

Andreea Nedeloiu is a qualified Romanian lawyer, registered with the Bucharest Bar. She is also a member of the National Union of Romanian Bar Associations.

Andreea Nedeloiu graduated from the University “Alexandru Ioan Cuza”, Faculty of Law in 2012.
