Victor Pădurari is a Partner of RTPR (Radu Tărăcilă Pădurari Retevoescu SCA). Victor is primarily involved in finance and projects, including secured lending, project finance, LBOs, real estate finance, PPPs, concessions, governmental public debt and municipal finance, as well as general corporate and commercial law, real estate and state aid. He regularly acts for international financial institutions on their largest project financing transactions in the Romanian energy sector.

Since 2000 Victor has been advising an international financial institution in numerous financings extended to Romanian municipalities and to local utilities sectors (water, district heating, solid waste, local transport).

Victor Pădurari is fluent in English. He is also competent in Spanish, French and Russian.

Victor Pădurari is a qualified Romanian lawyer, registered with the Bucharest Bar. He is a member of the National Union of Romanian Bar Associations.

Victor Pădurari graduated from the University of Bucharest, Law Faculty in 2000.
