Senior Associate

Marina joined RTPR in 2017. She is specialised in advising domestic and international companies on commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions and day-to-day corporate matters, as well as on capital markets matters. Recently, Marina advised private equity fund MidEuropa Partners on the EUR1.3bn sale of Profi, in the largest transaction in the retail sector ever concluded in Romania; African Industries Group on the acquisition of World Class Romania, as well as World Class Romania on an add-on acquisition; Arval Service Lease Romania (part of BNP Paribas Group) on the acquisition of part of the operational leasing activities of BCR Fleet Management (part of Erste Group); Integral Venture Partners on its investment in Medima Health; an international company, a global leader in the renewable energy sector, on the acquisition of a cca 105MW wind project under development located in Bacau County and on the acquisition of a cca 90MW solar project under development located in Giurgiu County; GreenGroup, a company in the portfolio of private equity fund Abris Capital Partners, on the acquisition of UAB Ecso and UAB Zalvaris.

Marina is fluent in English.

Marina Fecheta-Giurgica is a qualified Romanian lawyer, registered with the Bucharest Bar. She is also a member of the National Union of Romanian Bar Associations.

Marina Fecheta-Giurgica graduated from the University of Bucharest, Law Faculty, in 2017.
