Mika Lalaouni is head of the Corporate department at Drakopoulos

She has served as a strategic corporate advisor and General Counsel to listed companies Intrakat and Empedos and as head of the Legal department of Piraeus Real Estate.

During her 28-year practice, she has advised on a wide range of Real Estate and Commercial transactions including Takeovers, Mergers, Acquisitions, Disposals, Capital Raisings, Joint Ventures, PPPs, where she conducted comprehensive compliance and due diligence programs.
