Remy Chavannes (partner) specialises in copyright, media, privacy and telecommunications law, with a particular focus on internet and media litigation. Major clients include online platforms, broadcasters and publishers, and internet and telecoms providers. Recent cases include litigation about intermediary liability, online defamation, music royalties, hyperlinking, and the 'right to be forgotten'. Remy's practice also covers defamation, reputation protection and commercial image rights.

Remy is co-author of the biannual chronicle of law and technology for the Nederlands Juristenblad and regular lecturer on copyright and internet law at postgraduate courses.
