- Represented VoetbalTV in litigation against the fine imposed by the Dutch DPA regarding the legal basis under the GDPR for its filming and online distribution of amateur football matches – obtaining the first court ruling in the Netherlands completely annulling a GDPR fine.
- Advising Google on various matters including the data protection impact assessment undertaken on behalf of the national government and subsequent negotiations regarding the potential use of Google’s various cloud services by government bodies and other public sector users.
