Sayenko Kharenko advised on the landmark EUR 1.25 billion Eurobond issue by Ukraine
Sayenko Kharenko has acted as Ukrainian legal counsel to BNP Paribas, J.P. Morgan and Raiffeisen Bank International, the joint lead managers of Ukraine’s record-setting EUR 1.25 billion Eurobond issue. The notes have a 10 year tenor and bear a coupon of 4.375 % per annum, which is the lowest pricing for Ukraine’s euro-denominated debt.
