Sayenko Kharenko advises Treeum on the sale of its controlling stake to Dragon Capital

Sayenko Kharenko has advised the Treeum group (“Treeum”) and its shareholders on the sale of the group’s controlling stake to Dragon Capital New Ukraine Fund L.P, a private equity fund managed by Dragon Capital.

Sayenko Kharenko’s team provided comprehensive legal support of the transaction to the seller, including advising on corporate and antitrust issues, preparing and negotiating transaction documents, implementing the agreement and supporting the closing of the transaction.
