Sayenko Kharenko’s team defended the interests of the scientists-authors of the crucial invention for the country given the modern conditions in the courts of first instance and appeal. As a result, Sayenko Kharenko’s attorneys-at-law defended the rights of Ukrainian inventors to receive royalties for the use of the intellectual property rights belonging to them. On 21 December 2020, the court of appeal put an end to the case, leaving the decision of the court of first instance in favor of Ukrainian inventors unchanged.
