Our team routinely advises on complex, high value, multi-jurisdictional disputes and has particular expertise in advising individual and corporate clients,. Investments, corporate migration and re-domiciliations
Strategic advice is also provided by our corporate, commercial, regulatory and banking teams, who have been part of almost every major banking Μ&Α transaction that has taken place in Cyprus recently, handling all aspects of the transactions, from urgent due diligence exercises, the negotiation and drafting of the relevant documentation, as well as obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals.

As the sole Cypriot member of the data privacy expert group, and a founding member of the Association for the Protection of Information and Privacy, we actively help businesses by proposing compliance and recommending solutions for establishing a data privacy management program, drafting privacy policies, notices and other necessary documentation and procedures.
