Main practice areas
Banking and finance: The banking and finance team assists Irish and international banks, as well as non-bank specialist lenders, on a wide range of financial transactions and advisory matters. The firm is especially strong in the areas of project finance and property finance.
Corporate: The corporate group acts for businesses ranging from high potential early stage ventures to market leading global multinationals – including many cutting edge technology companies. The firm’s areas of expertise include corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, tax structuring, corporate finance and joint ventures.
