He has considerable experience in handling complex commercial cases within the expedited case management procedures of the Commercial Court in Ireland. He has a particular expertise in the areas of professional negligence, banking and financial services, defamation, employer’s/public/product liability, injunctions, Norwich Pharmacal type orders and personal injury.
