Adv. Meirav Yung is an associate in Competition/ Antitrust Practice. She provides counsel on merger authorizations and establishment of joint ventures before the Competition Authority, advises corporations on issues of monopoly, focus groups and transfer of information (such as in Due Diligence proceeding between competitors). She also represents criminal and civil litigation proceedings in competition court and other tribunals.

She represents leading companies in various sectors, including energy, banking, pharmaceutics, internet etc. She also represents companies and corporations in regulatory matters, advising and representing commercial companies before the various authorities (Knesset committees, regulatory government departments etc.)
