Position

Head of the Litigation department, Yoav Hirsh brings more than 25 years of high pedigree experience in complex commercial litigation, representing clients before every type of court, as well as in arbitration and mediation forums. Yoav joined the firm in 1988 as an intern for Dr. Michael Cheshin, who later became the Supreme Court’s Vice President.

Clients benefit from his considerable experience in a range of complex commercial-civil litigation cases. He has forged a successful reputation in representing clients in banking, class actions, administrative law, communications, insurance and antitrust disputes. Yoav’s client roster includes banks, credit card companies, insurance companies, gasoline companies, communications companies, supermarket chains, consumer products companies and numerous other institutional bodies.

Yoav’s experience as an intern for some of Israel’s most prominent judges also gives his clients access to one of the best litigators and presenters in court in the country.
