Katarina is a Partner at Law Firm Georgi Dimitrov Attorneys. Her field of expertise includes corporate law, tax law, energy and mining law, foreign investments and contract law. She is currently counsel of a foreign investor involved in an infrastructure project in Macedonia and she counseled in a dispute involving an international franchise in arbitration proceedings conducted before the ICC.Since 2017, Katarina advised clients in the biggest mining deals on the market such as the sale of Lynx Resources for US$405 million by Orion Mine Finance and Fusion Capital, sale to Osisko of Orion’s Mine Finance Royalty and Stream portfolio for US$1.125 billion, advised Atalaya Mining in potential acquisition of a green-field mine project, advised Traxys Capital Partners in a potential acquisition of a brown field mine project, advised Orion Mine Finance on a potential loan arrangement in a green-field mine project. She is currently the key legal advisor to Intrakat concerning their PP porject for construction of a Clinical hospital, exceeding 60 mio of value.

Marija Jankuloska

Marija is a senior associate at Law Firm Georgi Dimitrov and her work mainly includes matters concerning mining and commodities, international contracts and products' liability. Marija the key person advising Samsung on various tech legal aspects, protection of consumers and data protection.Since 2017, Marija was part of the team providing full legal support to Orion Mine Finance in the full-circle M&A transaction concernign SASA Mine, as well as several other mine acquisition projects in the country. In 2018 she advised SASA mine in a contract for construction of hydro tailing dump. She is current legal representaive of Wiebe in the PP arrangment regarding railway corridor reconstruction in the country, offering overall legal support and counceling.

Meri Ristancevska Pavlovska

Meri is associate at Law Firm Georgi Dimitrov Attorneys and main focus involves representing clients in court proceedings in the area of contract law, debt collection and labor law. She currently advises and represents Stopanska Banka, Volvo and Schmitz Cargobull in front of Macedonian courts. Meri also assists clients in administrative procedures concerning foreign citizen status and their regulation of employment.
