Kyriakos is a Partner and the Head of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department of N. Pirilides & Associates LLC.

Kyriakos is a dynamic, class act advocate, regularly appearing before the District and Supreme Courts of Cyprus. He has notable expertise in Corporate and Commercial Litigation matters, of a challenging complex nature.

He has gained particular exposure in interlocutory applications for injunctions in the context of shareholders’ disputes, civil fraud claims, contractual disputes and breaches of fiduciary duties as well as insolvency proceedings, His commercial orientation and business acumen did not take away from his ability to efficiently undertake a wide spectrum of legal areas; Kyriakos’ early steps in the field consisted of all aspects of civil litigation, including Banking, Torts, Employment, Rent Control, Family and a variety of Private Client matters.

Kyriakos has considerable know-how in cooperating with multi-jurisdictional teams in cross-border disputes and representing high-end clients before the Cyprus Courts. He is highly effective and capable, getting to the nub of any issue swiftly. His legal instinct is outstanding and he is a calm yet powerful performer.

Education

Kyriakos obtained his LL.B in 2008 and his LL.M in International Commercial Law in 2009. Kyriakos was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2010 when he joined the Firm. He served as a part-time lecturer in law at a university in Cyprus.
