- Represented the holding company of a group owning a number of 4-star and 5-star hotels in Cyprus and various Greek islands in setting off a debt by way of the debt-to-assets mechanism, by drafting and negotiating the terms of a settlement agreement with which its client transferred the ownership of 4 hotels with a value €320m to 4 different SPV companies solely owned and controlled by the creditor.
