Shira Azran is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Group.

Shira represents corporations in a wide range of international and domestic corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private debt and equity financings and venture capital investments. In addition, Shira provides ongoing legal advice regarding corporate and commercial matters to both publicly and privately held companies with an emphasis on the tech sector. Shira works closely with entrepreneurs and investors in both early stage and growth phases of tech companies and supports their corporate decision making processes, fund raising, structural changes and strategic decisions.
