Asaf focuses on complex commercial disputes mainly with an international element, including proceedings in foreign jurisdictions and before international tribunals. Asaf specializes in international arbitration and cross-border dispute resolution. Among others, he has experience in representing clients before the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution and the London Court of International Arbitration.

Prior to joining Meitar Asaf spent 5 years working in London. Among others, he clerked at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL) – a leading research institution. He is a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Bedfordshire, where he teaches international commercial litigation and investment treaty arbitration. He has also worked for the London office of Quinn Emanuel and the London Branch of Ernst & Young.
